Leaks, missing shingles, flashing and full tear-offs, with an honest look at whether you need a repair or a whole new roof.
Roof replacement in Columbus, GA: new architectural shingles going on over synthetic underlayment

How we handle roof repair and replacement

Roof trouble usually starts small: a stain on the ceiling, a drip in the attic, a few shingles in the yard after a storm. We come out, get up on the roof and show you what we find. If a repair will do the job, we’ll tell you. If the roof is near the end of its life, we’ll show you why.

On a replacement, we tear the old roof off down to the decking, replace boards that have gone soft, lay synthetic underlayment and install new architectural shingles. You see a written, itemized estimate before any of it starts.

Do I need a roof repair or a new roof?

It depends on the roof’s age and how much of it is damaged. A few missing shingles or a leak around a vent pipe can usually be repaired. Shingles that are curling or losing granules, soft spots, or leaks that keep coming back point toward a replacement. We’ll explain what we see and price both options when both make sense.

Can you help after storm damage?

Yes. We’ll look at the damage and give you a written, itemized estimate. If you’re filing an insurance claim, that estimate and our photos give you a clear record of what happened to the roof.

Do you offer free roof inspections?

Yes. We’ll come out, get on the roof and show you what we find, at no charge, along with a free written estimate if it needs work.
